Whilst managing a team of account mangers at Satago I implemented some of the things that had worked well at Soldo.

I also produced video content to support a strategic partnership with a major accounting software company.

Testimonials

After I left Satago, I was retained on a short term contract to provide video content. This ranged from capturing testimonials - both in person and remotely - then editing them into a complete, sharable asset.

Rolling Expo Demo

During exhibitions, account managers are under pressure to speak to as many visitors as possible. This becomes hard if multiple people want to see a demonstration. This can tie up and account manger not only with performing the demo - but also resetting the data afterwards.

So I created a short rolling demo which played on a loop throughout the day. This became a very hand visual aid, reduced the number of live demos which were required and allowed us to capture more leads.

Bullet Demo

The Bullet Demo solves two major problems:

1 - Account managers were spending lots of their time repeating the same demo over and over

2 - There was no low-commitment way for prospects to find out about the product without booking a sales call or taking a trial.

The bullet demo solves both of these by quickly setting out what the product can do to either qualify out prospects, or give them a compelling reason to want to engage properly with a discovery call and customised demo.

Partner Sales Enabelement

To support the account management team, I created a simple overview video which could be co-branded with logos and artwork from our accounting partners. This was a great way to support the partner in promoting our product and also demonstrate our commitment to our accounting partners.

Customer Support

As with many saas providers, at times the customer support team became stretched. I worked with a Senior Customer Success Manager to create a series of videos to tackle the most commonly asked support questions and some of the key tasks required to get started with the product.

Implementation Support

As with my role at Soldo, I knew that implementation was a key stage of the buying process. I set about creating video assets to support accounting partners in quickly embedding Satago into their workflow.

Quick Tips

As a way to demonstrate value and break through the noise of the marketplace, I created short quick tip videos to help existing customers get maximum value from the platform - as well as pique the curiosity of potential customers.
