4 - Pain Demo

Pain Demos are a short-form cross between testimonials and short demos.

They come as a set of 3 x 30-60 second videos - each designed to address a very specific pain point your ideal customers experience.

They give you a highly tailored - yet scalable - follow up option where you’ve been able to find out a little bit about your customers pain point.

We’ll work with you to interview 1-3 customers about a specific problem they (or their client) and map those to the appropriate product features.

The final edit will include parts of the interview, combined with product overlays, text and graphics to communicate the key features.

Pain Demos, unlike Bullet Demos, focus on the customer and are more appropriate to use once you understand a customer’s pain point.
